Always seemed like BUF, CLE, or ARI anyway. You need to relax about it for a minute or two. |

I realize that there are still several options but in my view any reduction in trade options this early in the process is damaging. The trade market will likely continue to shrink especially if the QBs in the draft look good at the combine etc. |
If Jacksonville is out, Cleveland makes the most sense for both parties.
We can probably get their 33rd pick + more from them. They can get a great bridge QB for 3-4 years while Dorsey tries to build up the rest of the roster. He avoids having to gamble on a questionable rookie QB class in his first draft on the job. |

I hope he retires.
And then gets run over by a cement truck. |

I am willing to be patient with Mahomes, I have ran out of patience for Smiff. |

By the way, I'm ready for him too, but I'm ready for more losses than wins for a year or more.

Are the Chiefs going to lose any players this offseason that they can't come close to replacing effectively? I'd say no. Are they going to gain some players who are definite upgrades at some positions? I would say yes. Mahomes will have some growing moments, but he's also gifted an offensive surrounding cast that very, very few young QBs ever see because they are usually on horrible teams. I don't see Patrick being so bad that they start losing a bunch of games, and I don't see the rest of the roster getting worse. Maybe I'll be wrong, but that's how I look at this. |
How amazing would it be if we got Cleveland’s 2nd and 3rd? 33rd is the top pick of the 2nd and 65 is the top pick of the 3rd.
That would basically give us three 2nd rd picks and 4 picks in the first 86 overall. |

Yeah, but Reid, Sutton and Bienimy? Nothing will change for the good |

Andy Reid has never had a HOF worthy QB to lean on and he still manages to churn out good teams for nearly 2 decades. Top 10 in wins in NFL history. He's got his warts, but all coaches do. We saw Payton and Tomlin both fail miserably yesterday and no one seems to acknowledge that. People need to give Andy a chance to mold Patrick. These two could be exactly what the other needs in my mind. |
