Insensitive to even be thinking about the game.

pretty much. they're probably hoping they get some call dude is fine, and can play later.

but its not looking like it. waiting is ok. if he's fine. maybe they'll play

NFL is in a pretty tough spot here. They really have to play this game at some point this week given the playoffs are less than two weeks away, but it would look incredibly callous to push forward like this given what appears to have happened to Hamlin.

For sure. If somehow he is in stable condition at the hospital, they may consider it, but it seems like the only option is playing tomorrow, or calling it a tie, there is no good way to proceed.

PPD the game game tonight, Roger, you ****ing money-hungry asshole. Nobody in either locker room cares to play tonight.

That's a good point

shit they probably won't want to play the rest of the season if this goes south.

I just don't know how you can even begin to think about football.

I’m sure the players will not say “hey we should abandon the whole season”

GloryDayz 01-02-2023 08:48 PM

Praying for the young man...

I’m old enough to remember Chuck Hughes collapsing on the field in Detroit.

I'm 100% in favor of them just leaving this one blank. Cancel the game. Reschedule it if you must, but I don't know when. It's really not that important.

I don’t think there’s any way they can just start this game back up tomorrow or Wednesday. Either push the season back a week or just cancel the game altogether. This is a big game, but it’s not near that important.

TribalElder 01-02-2023 08:49 PM
