Giants own that territory so its no wonder they are making hard for the A's to move there. Personally I think Portland would be the ideal spot. Its a city that is between St. Louis and Kansas City size and only has one pro team. It would be the best IMO. The Giants would be become powerful money wise since they own the Bay Area then. A's would have better chance in their own market.

Well, I was reading Grantland because that's what I do sometimes, and came across this story about MLB's archived classic video clips page. Pretty sure people have been bitching about their hoarding of these clips, and now I guess they decided we're good enough to see 'em.

I was at that game. Most awesome sporting event I've ever been to

I was at that game too. I took my old man to pay him back for all the Chiefs games he took me to as a kid and teenager. He passed away a couple years ago. One of my best memories with my dad. Still puts a lump in my throat.

I took my Mom and Dad too along with my little brother. I think the old man was proud that I wanted him to go. He died at 51 two years later.

The MLB At Bat 2013 app was released Thursday. It's invaluable to me since I live out of the KC area, but even if you live in the metro KC area it's worth the 20 bucks for the season.
