Why would anyone want Norman?

He’s eligible to return in week 15, so it would have to be a 6th or 7th rd for him

Yeah, and then you're hoping that a 33 year old CB coming off fractured ribs can play with no residual effects while learning a completely new scheme. I'm not optimistic.

Which is why I’d rather trade for Jenkins. He knows the system.

For like a 6th but it’s still just the money

**** there’s gotta be a decent player or two out there that can help

Is Jenkins better than Ward/Breeland?

I’d think not

Is Breeland 100%?

Dude has 4 INT’s this year. His ability to take the ball makes him an upgrade over Breeland IMO.

Probably not but I’m not sure that Jenkins is much better than Claiborne either.

All these guys are just ok, decent starters.

He's been toasted a lot this year. Not in the favor of the fan base that's for sure. He has gotten a few timely picks but while I don't know the stats, he sure seems to be struggling this year. I went to the Giants/Cardinals game last Sunday and he was running in circles a decent amount.

Sassy Squatch 10-28-2019 03:29 PM

Renting Ogletree and Jenkins wouldn't be the worst idea if it's a lower pick. They'd only cost us 7 million in cap this year since we're responsible for half of their base salary, right?

That’s how I saw it, yeah. Although I think it’s around $9 million. $5 million for Jenkins and $4 million for Ogletree.

Idk they seem like knuckleheads who probably wouldn’t move the needle much.

But I’ll trust the personnel staff’s evaluations cause I haven’t watched their film.

Ogletree has a 4 million base for the entire year, I thought? That'd put it at 2 million we're on the hook for.

Yeah....I was wrong there. $7 million for both.
