I've contended from the beginning Baker is good enough to win some games and then make some noise in the playoffs. There is some comparison to Alex, but I don't think that's appropriate. He'd throw a shitload of balls Alex wouldn't. He'd also throw inopportune picks Alex wouldn't but I'd probably rather roll with Baker. Especially if it's not a turnaround job like the Chiefs were in 2013.
