Also, I love that red and "chrome" uniform.

They are bright, but it's not going to change the outcome much. We are better, but I just don't see it as being a lot better in terms of wins & losses. Maybe 2 wins more, maybe ?

If they would put half as much effort into their game as they do into these uniforms...

for some reason I feel they are trying to go the Oregon route and attract players with flashy unis....

I could be wrong but killer game day gear always gets the players excited...

I heard that they wanted the kids to be proud of the uni's, it does add to the recruiting with the style. Is it enough, NO, that has to come from coaching.

Eh, KSU is way high high.

Never been a big fan of purple in uniforms. I would drop TCU a bit as well for that reason, but the black on theirs makes it better.

My top 3 would be Baylor, OU, OSU

Bottom 3 would be KSU, KU, ISU.

The bright side is, you are potentially going to get to watch some awesome teams come to Lawrence. K-State gets Auburn in Manhattan in a couple of weeks. Now, I don't think they scheduled K-State in the same way the SEC is looking at Kansas, but........:D

The only downside I see to this is that if Kansas is fighting to get back into the Bowl picture, you don't schedule LSU as a Non-Con opponent. You schedule 3 patsies and pray for 3 B12 victories - those are hard enough to come by with your Program.

Maybe, you take a look at Vandy and Kentucky? Those are winnable games at times, albeit not very sexy for the fans - it's like playing Duke instead of Florida State ;)

Definitely. I'm not sure that scheduling the SEC teams is necessarily a smart decision when you are attempting to build up a program. At least I think they are attempting to do that, maybe they just like being a shit team.
