He's elite I reckon, and he's shown he can still be elite with poor protection but elite WRs. We'll see at some point if he can do it with protection and JAG WRs, like Mahomes and Brady have done.

As an aside the PFF explanation for his grade vs Mahomes' in that game is pure garbage. Essentially they graded him higher because the INTs were on the WRs and not him. Pure guesswork from what I could read.
