#Chiefs HC Andy Reid says everyone will practice on Wednesday in some capacity. That means WR Kadarius Toney will be back at practice

Not sure why he thinks he's eligible to return. He's not able to return until after the Donk game.

He may be healthy but he's still on IR for 4 weeks.
