LOL. You all aren't bad over here.

Personally, I much rather have the Chiefs be the AFC leaders than the Patriots/Steelers/Ravens. We also share a strong hatred of Elway and Broncos with you guys. :toast:

I feel like Browns and Bills fans are cut from the same football cloth, so pretty cool to see both in the AFC Divisional round. Hope this is the future of the playoff landscape.

One can only hope.

I think that's a LITTLE unfair. He's not Mahomes, but he still has plenty of potential. He at least throws the ball down field from time to time.

Alex Smith isn't bad either. It's a compliment. Baker can do more things than Alex but that doesn't mean he should. He's at his best in the limited way Stefanskis using him. Making less mistakes, scripted reads, creative misdirection. Open it up too much and I feel like he can hit a real Jake plummer streak.

They're gonna come down off a high this week, but if we were facing a team that has NEVER been to the SB in the AFC championship game instead, that's a wide-open animal.

Not scared 'scared' of Cleveland, but a bit nervous about the Chiefs...their performances in December do not encourage me. I really hate to think of another one and done like 95 and 97...

Welcome. Can barely imagine how much fun last night's game was for you. Gotta love Roethlisberger giving Browns fans the satisfaction of seeing him literally cry on the sidelines.

Hell...I'm not even a Browns fan and found it immensely satisfying.

Not sure what we're celebrating here. AFC Pride? Personally I'd rather see a few of those QBs in the NFC.

only so we can beat them in the super bowl ;)

Howdy Chief Kingdom. As a Browns fan, still trying to process euphoria from last night.

I think any rational Browns fan realizes the season will most likely end next Sunday, but regardless of what happens, this season has been a win. I wouldn't be surprised to see them cover the 10 points however. Chiefs should see a good dose of Chunt, and with return of multiple pro-bowlers and starters/coaches from COVID list, should be respectable.

I was introduced to the Chiefs as a kid, watching Deberg and Okaye beat the Browns like a dirty carpet in early 90's. The 02 Dwayne Rudd helmet toss game still lives on in Browns lore, also was the last year we made it to the playoffs.

Glad we can meet up in the playoffs finally- look forward to Sunday.

In a curious coincidence, chunt is what we call Chiefs owner Clark Hunt.

OK...I'm the other Browns fan. I'm excited to see a playoff game that I actually have some interest in. Please...continue to take the Browns lightly. It's the only chance we have. Here's hoping you destroy the Packers in the Superbowl. The only thing I know about your city, is that I hitchhiked through it several times in the '70's....I wish I could remember more about it, but hallucinogenics did not enhance my memory as advertised. I'm hoping for a good game. Thanks for Dorsey. I thought he was an excellent GM, who made a career mistake by endorsing Freddie Kitchens. He really played a major role in turning our team around. ( Dorsey..NOT Kitchens )...Oh...and thanks for Hunt, too.

I assure you, the Chiefs coaches and players are not taking them lightly.

What the fans do have no bearing on the game.

This is Mahomes bias.

The reality is that this is true for nearly any QB in the history of football not named Mahomes.

It'd be true of peak Tom Brady, Joe Montana, you name 'em. Even Peyton Manning, who basically ran his own offense, called and ran plays in such a way as to make his reads easier and utilized a strong running game in order to be able to work off of play-action.

Well, and hear me out if you have heard this before, but there just is not a lot of knowledge that this place exists. I found this place because someone else did. It is an awesome place to come troll and have fun, but its just not out there a lot compared to Redditt and places like that.

It's a blessing and a curse. The browns probably have their version of Alex Smith. Not good enough to take you all the way but seems good enough to give the team some consistent stability. He doesn't look to me like an FQB but he seems like the stopgap Cleveland needs.

This is a whole lot of yikes right here. Baker is absolutely a franchise qb. The Browns are lucky they didnt destroy this poor kid with the first two years of his career. Stefanski and Baker are going to win a lot of games together? Win the super bowl? Hard to say because with Josh Allen, and Mahomes in the AFC for the next 10-15 years, its going to be really hard for anyone outside of Buffalo, or KC to realistically win the super bowl. Those two qbs are that good. But Baker is much better than people give him credit for.
