Cousin is right at the skill level to struggle against good Ds and feast on bad Ds.

He's not a bad QB, he just has weaknesses. Weaknesses that can be glossed over with a little time or space.

IF the D can hold him down, it will be a much more promising development than them feasting on the broken and dispirited Broncos a couple weeks back.

But if the D cracks, it's also a pretty good indicator they STILL aren't ready for prime time, and it won't be luck or fluke.

The fact that two teams right in the middle of the AFC Playoff Race can only muster a single touchdown between them in one half should give a team with Patrick Mahomes on the mend a lot of hope.
