You couldn't possibly be any more wrong. If Clark gave two shits about this team or its fans he wouldve stepped in front of Andy when asked abou the refs and ripped this Scam League and its Scam Officiails for an hour straight.

Instead, it's his job to let us be wild card doormats ever year, that he gets paid millions to do, and he's great at it. Even when the refs take away what should go down as the greatest sack / strip / return in postseason history, and lie so we can't challenge it. Clark is his usual sackless self, crying intohis millions of dollars throughout the offseason before raising ticket prices and bragging about back to back division championships.

To hell with him, his gutless coach, and this whole sham of a "sport". We all deseve better.

Reid may be a lot of things, but he's not "gutless." He's the fattest coach in the league

I appreciate the work you put into these threads. That being said there is quite a bit I disagree with in the OP.

1. Houston wasn’t invisible yesterday or all season. He is horribly underutilized as a pass rusher in Grandpa’s defense, but he does so many other things well that I guess just aren’t visible from your front row seats.

2. You don’t trade Peters. He has played phenomenal since his return and seems to be a little less of a head case since being suspended. Good teams don’t trade exceptional talent when that talent is young.

3. The entire “following the money” segment is hog wash espescially the part about the court case using the word “entertainment”. You’re better than that George.

I generally enjoy these 10 things from George, but the conspiracy theory crap from KC fans is over the top and this 10 things is a perfect example.

Who are your backups? I'd expect that Talib and Peters to be suspended a game or 2 for something stupid and Berry has averaged playing 10 games a year in his 8 year career. Your also assuming a 2nd round safety so who's going to pressure the QB? Houston/Zombo/Ford/Hali didn't get it done this year. I thought I drank the Kool-Aid until I've read some of this.

Houston is a fine pass rusher if the DC will just let him do what he does best. Ford/Kpass would be OK on the other side plus a new DC would be able to dial up a lot of exotic blitzes with that secondary locking things down. Chris Jones turned into a good/great pass rusher from inside towards the end of the year.

Like I asked, who's your back-ups? Ford hasn't stayed on the field much more than Berry and has always been a liability against the run. K-passa has played 1 complete game. Half the league rookies look good after 1 game under fire. A DC will help but how much???

Don't forget that Morten Andersen and Lawrence Tynes ALSO shanked postseason kicks.

I think we've lost every postseason game in which we missed a kick.

At one point we had four different kickers miss field goals in four straight playoff games.

The NFL needs the Cowboys and Raiders and Bears dominating for ratings. And we saw last night they let LA win so that large market would be happy.

Did you see the forward progress play? How convenient for that ref to retire the next day after one of the worst calls I’ve ever seen.

What? LA got pounded by the Falcons last night

Thanks, George. I'm almost as old and cranky as you are.

One tiny nit to pick: I wouldn't lump McKay in with those other coaches. First, he won four national championships in college. He came to the NFL late in life. And he took over an expansion team that started 0-26 -- and two years later was in the NFC championship game. I've always thought that was remarkable. I wouldn't hold no Super Bowl against him. He was a great coach -- and funny as hell.

Maybe the funniest ever. He was a great coach. Never made it to the show. We screwed up big when we fired Levy after the players strike.

Someone needs to print out #2 and nail it to the front door all the executives walk into for work tomorrow.

And then get that to happen via a different person until someone in ownership realizes what we all know. We aren’t a storied franchise. We are a joke. Win a few titles then you can talk about how storied and historic you are.

Until they stop believing we are great it’ll be hard to say we’ll ever get there.

Second, defensive coaching will change a lot. Look at how inept the Rams were last year on both sides of the ball. This year they were dominant. And they did this without turning the roster over.

Our biggest problem is coaching, not players. (And yes, I also believe we need to improve the roster some too, but that isn’t going to help as much as competent coaches will)

The Rams lost....

You're slipping behind the times.

Better catch up on your DVR.

If Denver lost six straight playoff home games, you might see things a little differently. Your owner lives in Denver?
