He didn't have effort issues in college. Anger issues and maturity, yes. And he still does. It's a red flag. But it's not the same as uncharacteristic lack of motivation.

They didn't seem 'down' against the Raiders, but they weren't that amped up either. They were playing harder, sure. But I didn't see that swagger and general sense of comradarie that they displayed against LAC.

Nacho, Chris Jones, and Justin Houston were doing plenty of dancing and cutting up between plays and drives during the raiders game.
