Carr simply needs a real OC. Last year, statistically, he was a top 5-10 QB. This year he is lost....last year Musgrave was his OC, this year it is a promoted QB coach that is Carrs "buddy".....Raiders offense is about as complicated as a junior high school football team. Zero play action, no misdirection plays whatsover....
