Thats what the offseason will look like if Pioli is extended. If he's not, we are lame duck for the rest of the season. Have no GM until January or even February. Makes it impossible to do in season extensions.

You want your GM working on replacing Romeo.

I know you guys hate Pioli, but trust me, the minute we hire a coach and draft a QB in the first round you guys will start talking playoffs again.

Why would anyone feel good about Pioli hiring yet another coach?
