It's not. I am a hard worker and do my job just as well as anyone else there. I am certain outside of 1 or 2 people that they group as a whole knows I am a good worker.

It doesn't matter. Yelling at and threatening a coworker is still not justified even if they are a lousy worker.

No. Not at all. Do I want to do this kind of work for the rest of my life? No. But am I a competent worker- yes.

I remember when I worked loading lumber for Payless Cashways in St. Joe.... Me and Jesse just weren't getting along one day and the heat was getting to use outside. Well I let a little comment go at him that didn't set right. Jesse went out to his truck to take a swig of beer to get rid of the hangover from the night before, when he turned on the radio for half a second I heard he was playing some Garth. Well he came back and we were loading some stuff and I said "Garth is for queers" under my breath. He and I started fighting and he gave me a wedgie so bad it ripped my underwear off and he threw my underwear on the roof. Everyone laughed at me, he then went into my car and Broke my "Party to go Vol 1" album I bought at Caseys General Store. I was slightly embarrassed but no need to call the cops.

Oh sorry I never ran to a supervisor. I try to resolve the problem myself. It's worked out for me all these years. Never got into a physical argument at work nor a fight.
