Kyle REALLY has a problem being lumped in with his dad, so it's not a given he'd even want to succeed Mike, if Mike's still in the org.

Guys I might be done till pioli is gone I'm so sad what has happened to my team. Now Clark says early February for a decission are you kidding me right now???

Holding on to Pioli in any fashion at this point is leading down a path where he is retained. We have already had reports of coaches who wont coach here while he is here and players wont come here if he is the GM.
Regardless of his drastically changed duties its still Pioli, those same coaches and players STILL wont come here just because it is Pioli as GM.
If the HC is to help in the decision than it would seem to me that Clark has already made up his mind that he will be staying put with a lesser control level.
If what Pioli has turned this franchise into wasnt enough to get rid of him on Black Monday than I fear nothing will.
