Denver isn't winning it all imo. They're just lucky the AFC isn't that great and the rest of the AFC West was ****ing abysmal this year. Even if they make it to the Super Bowl, whoever they meet up with from the NFC will beat them.

Reid isn't perfect but no coach is overall. Hopefully the change in scenery will have re-energized him. Then again growing up in a family full of coaches, I know that it doesn't take much for them to give 100% when they love the game.

Yes, his job was to win now. No question. But he also wasn't obligated to trash the future. A savvy HC and GM could have focused on the former without completely disregarding the latter.
