That's great to hear. I wouldn't normally think a slot receiver who excels in the manner he does would necessarily flash so quickly in camp, so hopefully that's a really promising sign.

Possible he isn't just a slot WR?

Rainbarrel 07-26-2022 08:27 AM

Kermit(voice) and Mickey Mouse(oversized hands) will own Disney World!

People put him in the slot based on his size alone in my opinion. I feel better about Hardman there. Or Juju, whose best season was in the slot.

That's the thing. I know based on size etc, but really, Andy's offense isn't built around needing a typical DK type guy outside. It's about route running and timing, they aren't throwing jump balls and such anyway.

Skyy may not have the long speed a guy like Tyreek does obviously, but the route running and short area speed will make it fine to play him out there.

Albert Wilson is the same size as Skyy Moore and he played outside a lot. Skyy is a tick faster than Albert with bigger hands and significantly better route running ability.

I think you’re gonna see a rotation used for players lining up in the slot

News about Skyy Moore is ALL OVER Twitter and other fanbases are starting to take notice.

Honestly, call me negative…but I’ve already prepared myself for both Skyy Moore and Pickens to be twice the player Thornton is. As a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, I like this wide receiver for the Kansas City Chiefs.

24 is an odd number for a WR but I think we may have been sleeping on this pick, the more you see the more you like.
