As Summer Ends
I just wanted to share a little poem I wrote
As Summer Ends As summer ends and fall begins Soon the leaves will be turning brown then they will flutter to the ground The air turns crisp and cool the Witches gather toad stool Early dusk arrives As the sun sets the moon rise Out comes the nightly creatures from their hives Be aware of the cemeteries where the dead come alive The smell of rotten flesh attracts the flies Just another ingredient for the Witches brew Oh haven't you heard? Witches during the night, put people in a cage It's just what Witches do So they can make ear and eyeball stew What a fright at the sight It's called Witches Delight They go into a rage, if they don't get what they crave it's such a disgrace to have a Witch eat your face To them it's all the rave Just how absurd? As Summer Ends Rasputin |
