Well, the TD against Pittsburgh really shouldn't count. So you can swap that one in for the running TD.

It evens out bud. Not much to write home about there in four seasons. Large sample size.

Are mutha****as still trying to defend and make a case for Alex staying here?

TigeRRUppeRRcut 01-10-2018 10:54 AM

Alex has made a lot of money at this point. My guess is he wants to play for the best contender he can get on. If he's asking to leave KC that's a bad sign of what's going on in that locker room.. Particularly on defense.

Also, what are we going to do with Morse and Fulton's contract? Tough decisions.

He doesn't have to be the top rated QB to make this team better. Just has to not be Alex.

Real TDs leads to epically more hidden TDs, and that's what Mahomes is about which is real production

So a player not allowed to make adjustments, one that gets injured , and turns over the ball like bortles. Got it

He's not asking to leave. KC is moving on from him as they should. Chokes in the playoffs way to often.

Alex has not asked to leave KC.

He wants to stay.

THAT'S WHAT THE ARTICLE IS ABOUT.

not really, if you're honest about it they ask him if he wants to return and he said he's under contract with the chiefs next season.. not exactly a ringing endorsement

You are probably the most (attached to a mediocre player) poster in ChiefsPlanet history.

I mean, there were some hardcore Cassel supporters here, but even they ended up jumping off the wagon.

Why are you even here? There are other forums with people you have more in common with... do you just like the negative attention?

Isn't there an Alex Smith planet somewhere you can hang? That way whatever team he is with, you have commonality in your madness.

Your guy was a lot worse as a rookie. Bortles is a veteran now and that’s a ridiculous comparison at this point of Mahomes’ career.

He is worst than the Roy's with Scanlon or KCJohnny with Gunther.

You are seriously crazy

Jakemall 01-10-2018 11:58 AM

I'm an Alex fan, but..um...where did you dig that out of? As op posted, he wants to come back.

You find me some veteran players who want Alex gone. Tight end and receivers especially. We already know the all pro vet on our line wants him to return

How many veteran players in the history of the league have been on record saying they want any teammate gone?

Saying no vets have come out and said they want Alex gone doesnt mean a damn thing.
