When you have a record as a repeat offender and you say shit that pretty clearly violates the TOS and in a fairly ghoulish light (seriously, this post was just a bit after that nasty ass photo of Smith's brains being scrambled on the second hit), you're gonna get the thumb. He went from there to talking about Foles taking over after Smith retired; clearly hoping that concussions would knock Smith into retirement.

That's what gets you banned. Was it a bit of a quick trigger? Sure, but it's defensible.
