For a person who wants to be a lawyer, defining common law and stating it's origin, is easy as hell. I suspect just about everyone here could do it, it doesn't take a law student or a pre-law student to figure that out. Go ahead, knock it out of the park...

um I don't know if you noticed this, but I already said I am not roy's gf and that this was all a joke. And no, unless I wanted to be an attorney in Tennessee I would have no reason to know when the bar is given.
