Sounds like Todd The Boss had a good homecoming.

He's from Lake Travis. They wake up with a bong hit and a beer out there.

Last time I saw Todd, he looked like he'd been hitting the grass pretty hard.

For all of those that doubted Harbaugh's interest in KU

From an ESPN Insider article:

• As for Harbaugh, most in the coaching world anticipate him staying in San Francisco or possibly taking another NFL job. But if he does leave for a college gig, those close to Harbaugh told an ESPN colleague that it would be for Kansas. Yes, Kansas.

The last time the KU job was open, Harbaugh strongly considered leaving Stanford for Lawrence. So some believe the embattled Niners coach would again kick it around.

Harbaugh’s wife is from Kansas City and, evidently, the man has great affinity for the Sunflower State.

"He's just crazy enough to do it," a Harbaugh confidant told Seth Wickersham, who wrote adefinitive profile of Harbaugh for ESPN The Magazine.

LMAO

"He strongly considered it"

and they hired Turner Gill.

"It's Harbaugh".

I know, I know, it couldn't possibly be true. But this isn't Phog.net reporting this. This is from ESPN. Word is that Lew Perkins wasn't gonna allow him to coach Stanford in their bowl game and so he told Lew to piss off. :shake:

Lzen, that's the same story from 4 years ago, it just has ESPN INSIDER attached to it. And shrewd Lewis Perkins, who had him all wrapped up, willing to give him 3$ million a year, turned down a coaches request to take his soon-to-be former team to a bowl game? No AD in his right mind would do that.

Yesterday on ESPN's Mike and Mike the talk was "The Raiders have the best chance to land Harbaugh (if the reports are true that his GM/VP/owner/players hate him - but that's not true either) because his wife loves the Bay Area".

But his wife is from Kansas City!!! (Mizzou grad)

Well, what have you fellas heard? Is Bowen going to be the coach next season or are there candidates being drafted to Zulu's list?

I read where Ed Orgeron showed some interest.
