A close friend of mine just got sued and received a misdemeanor because he threatened to kick a guy's ass in a bar, in which it was recorded on videotape. He had a glass in his hand, which for whatever reason, made it assault with a deadly weapon.

It's a very litigious world we live in.

I speak from experience. I don't talk about all the shit I do on here, people would call bs, but hell I had a couple guys start shit outside a bar several months ago and one lost a couple teeth.

Police showed and they, the assholes, wanted to file charges. police laughed at them. I'm pretty well known around here as a guy that will have more fun than anyone but don't **** with me. if they get it they deserved it. Hell all the bar owners in town love it when I'm around. usually the only prior that will get out of line are the out of towners, and that doesnt last long.

Oh and I grounded myself over the teeth incident. I felt bad.

Well, with all due respect, that may fly where you live but it doesn't where I live (or in any other metro area). If someone loses a tooth, someone's getting sued.

These types of situations are why I carry Umbrella insurance because if something were to ever go down, I couldn't risk losing everything because of some joker.

I do have that saved on my phone. She's like a waterfall.
