So is it just impossible to find decent left tackle play? At this point I’m starting to think we should have just extended OBJ even though I was against that originally (shows what I know). He was having a really good season this year in Cincinnati prior to getting injured and he’s making significantly less than Taylor. Is Andy Heck maybe not getting the job done?

It’s a premium position demanding premium pay. The top prospects are gone in the Top 15 (both factors make this a difficult problem for us). Even someone solid is going to demand a king’s ransom at a position where solid demands a premium price.
