No way. If he has a pulse, he is not dead. He can be mechanically ventilated indefinitely. A high cervical spine injury can paralyze the diaphragm making it impossible to breath spontaneously. Either way, not good.

So it could be a bit of a misunderstanding.

But yeah, my first thought was traumatic brain injury by either the impact of the fall or potential lack of blood to the brain due to the heart issue.
If he was on oxygen he wasn’t intubated I don’t think.

Prayers for the young man, but I just think the implications of this game a betting markets is going to cause chaos for the NFL.

Just pull the plug on the game. These two teams are only playing 16 games this year

That’s where my mind went immediately. Over the Edge 1999 at Kemper.

WW(F) took all sorts of shit for continuing the show. And that’s a scripted event that much more easily could’ve been postponed or canceled.
