Scrambling to extend plays has been a huge part of Russell’s game for many years. He seems less quick than a few years ago, which is troublesome for Denver if they expect him to live up to that nearly $50M salary.

He has a ok arm when he can wind up, but its a slow release. He also can throw with a quick release but those seem to be on short throws. At least thats what I see when we've played them.

That's what's so baffling.

They didn't disguise anything. And the play call was designed for exactly what the defense showed. Its inexplicable.

He hasnt changed. He was just accepted when he was winning and now hes not winning, mostly because he isn't being hidden behind the gameplan.

I've never really payed attention to him until he went to denver, but holy shit, he's so cringe. His post game presser was 45 min after the game, but he came out in full uni. Who the hell does that?
