1) we won't win this division while Peyton is in Denver

2) that makes us a less appealing destination for a HC

If the HC prospect resigns himself to the idea that he'll always play second fiddle to Peyton Manning....

I'm sorry for ruining your days. I forgot talking football was a no-no on this site and mentioning Peyton Manning, even when relevant, is deeply frowned upon.

Reid in Arizona would have the 49ers and Seattle with Russell Wilson to contend with.

If your assumption is that Reid will pick his next team based on division strength... the NFC West is much better than the AFC West currently.

Hootie is absolutely right, it does go thru Denver and it likely does make some difference to potential HC's.

But in the end it probably wont be the be all.

He has no effect on our head coach. If he does it would be that the ego of that coach wants to show everyone he can knock off one of the best QB's in the history of the NFL.

Nobody is going to turn down a coaching job because they have to face Manning. Every division is going to have challenges. Rodgers, Luck, RGIII, Brady, Brees. You can go on and on.

Quite frankly the entire AFC is weak to begin with. The West is terrible, might be the weakest division in football. It won't make a lick of difference.
