It just lists mp3, wav, and a bunch of windows stuff.

If you go back to the Windows Media players options/tools tab there should be a slider at the bottom of the Rip tab. If you slide it all the way to the left, it will be as small as possible. I don't know if it will be small enough to post on the board though.

The bit rate is set at 128kbps. It's the smallest.
