I don't know what the hell has been happening behind the scenes at AEW but that promotion needs to get their collective shit together badly. Outside of that show in London they've been doing some pretty rotten business lately and the product as a whole just feels completely cold. Khan in particular seems to be feeling it because he's been on a bad one across Twitter lately.

The fact Triple H seems to be firmly in control now will drive them further down as well, and this time don't see a path for Vince McMahon to reestablish control. TKO seems to have put every contingency plan possible into place to dump McMahon if need be and all of their public filings make it seem like the very top of the company aren't too keen on him being involved going forward.

No shit. There's still a few nits to pick with HHH running the whole show but by and large WWE is a much better product with him in charge. I honestly can't remember the last time the crowd interaction was this good.

It's ****ing insane just how far AEW has fallen. Had all the momentum in the world and it peaked during the whole McMahon scandal. Now thanks to Hangman, the Young Bucks, and Jungle Boy they lost their best ratings draw and apparently the dude that was in the ear of Khan keeping the show from being the dumpster fire it is today.

Jungle Boy demanding to work with real glass creates one of the biggest/most shocking returns in modern WWE history.

If AEW were to get rid of Sting (and I was a Sting fan when he was younger), and the rest of the older stars that have somehow found their way to AEW they would be better off. (Christian Cage, Adam Copeland and Saraya are included in that list)

AEW might be in some real trouble soon with their TV rights. WWE seems to be closing in on announcing their new TV rights for RAW and last I saw the favorite was Warner Bros Discovery to put it on TNT/TBS. If that happens it's a pretty massive blow for AEW as they'd almost assuredly have to look elsewhere for TV rights.

Yep, and what WWE is putting on is in most ways light years better than what many of us grew up watching in the 70s and 80s on Channel 41 (and that was recorded a Memorial Hall in Kansas City almost weekly).
