Not sure what firing the visual effects head honcho is going to do. The problem with phase 4 is that they were all formulaic and boring except for Love & Thunder which was just cringe worthy awful. Marvel is round hole square pegging characters to fit the Marvel formula instead of adapting the Marvel formula to the character and give its audience something a bit different.
