Yeah. I was going to the movies yesterday and went to buy some candy at the drug store and after I bought it I found out that it was expired. And not just by a month or something, but by 6 months.

Does anybody know of which City or County agency I should report a guy who sneaks candy into theaters to?

Keep in mind I don't live in San Diego, just a general idea please.
