He's going to know so much more about an NFL game, and all the intricacies that it entails. The success so far this season will pay dividends.

If he were simply a replacement. he'd already be on the field.

Tom Savage and Glennon were also starters before Watson/Trib played and Savage/Glennon were so bad they had no choice. Alex hasn't played that bad....yet....

Makes this year a big waste of time. We know how the movie ends. Sucks. Mahomes has to be looking at the film and shaking his head to himself. **** ANDY REID for going with Smith. Not only do we still go 5-1 with Mahomes, we do it in blowout fashion. No need for a late Hunt run to seal it.

You post some of the oddest wrong things sometimes...

Does wilson have one of the better arms in the NFL?

No.

Wilson is accurate and able to throw on the run.

Are you saying that because they're both black and can scramble they are the same?...

la la..the same people would marginalizing the win because it was ugly.

We played like crap and still had a shot to win...without the fluky play, chances are we do win...even WITH the fail at the goal line.

We've beaten good teams, and lost to a good team that played dirty and not that great itself, save Bell.

Alex is playing at MVP level. Savage and Glennon can barely crack the top 25 QBs

Wilson absolutely has a plus arm (or he did, anyway, not sure what's going on this year). He can make throws off platform.

Not quite like Mahomes, but they both have similar ability outside the pocket, and a sixth sense for sensing pressure and finding the open man.

We don't know what Mahomes has yet other than his glorious arm...

Seriously, it's a good one year setup, no doubt. Every aspect of the game and responsibility that does NOT entail actually taking the snap and performing are the things that Mahomes should be picking up on, and I'm sure he is.
All I am implying is that Mahomes should be chomping at the bit to get his shot, and I know he is. Every time he played in the preseason, he played like it was the last time he'd ever get to play. And he did a pretty good job of keeping the ball safe too.
I don't give a shit how rough his first year might be, this going to be FUN.

of course they would..if we had -2 points in the 1sdt half, and negative yards..

thats the whole point..I just got through telling you that a lot less people would be mad if we played great and still lost...

and yet you still dont get it

of course if we won and still played like dog shit , people would complain

its the whole 'playing like dogshit' thing people are mad about.....

are you drunk?
