Its essentially brewed with fruit (in this case, framboise is Belgian for raspberry) and a wild yeast called Brettanomyces. Some friends of mine who didn't have nay beer exposure beyond Bud, Miller, et al. LOVED this. It's really fruity, with lovely tartness. You should be able to get it at any Hy-Vee. |
