I need to read this whole article later, but had to laugh at this:

Laughing at Grbac aside, that QB contract being reported as aggressive is hilarious by today’s standards.

The part that cracked me up was the "rise of Troy Blackburn" and how he was brought in, not being a member of the Brown bloodline.

It may not be out and out nepotism, but it was definitely nepotism by proxy.
