Kadarius Toney led all WRs last night in average separation on his routes ran. He was averaging 3.1 yards of separation. It shows he was creating space and getting open.

He was open a lot. And with plenty of separation. He just didn't hang onto the ball.

And he's had a couple poor games before in that department, but nothing on this level. Not even close. His worst previous performance was 50%, so basically he was MVS for a day.

I think KT will be fine.

After revisiting my man’s plays from various angles, I’ve come to the conclusion that he’s not broken. Only two were true drops. On one play he couldn’t see the ball because a crossing receiver blocked his view. The last one was thrown behind him. Still should be caught by an NFL receiver, but not an easy play. Then you have the bobble that was intercepted. No excuse for that one. But….don’t forget that fan favorite Tyreek pulled that about 7 times in one season.

You draw attention after being the best for awhile. No biggie.

Andy Reid took the blame today for playing KT.

They're asking much more of Toney this year from a route responsibility perspective and it very clearly got him thinking too much. It's hard to be explosive when you're confused about where you're supposed to be. I'll bet he's in more of a gadget role next week to try and get his confidence back.

While I get Toney wanting to take a jab back at the fans who were giving him shit when they went out a laid an egg, perhaps he still should have realized that doing so was going to replied to with people reminding him that his actions, multiple actions, lost the game for his team.

So maybe he should focus on remembering how to catch a ball and not play around on social media.

And I'm sure he took the blame for those horrible playcalls in short yardage, but I just wonder if he will ever change it. Been very stubborn with the short yardage playcalling even when it's clear that it doesn't work.

I'm usually not big on somebody doing a lot of trash talk and calling that attention, but in KT's case it's kind of funny. The Giants aren't a rival of ours, they're just a rival of HIS. I'm concerned that Toney's spending any time on social media after the performance he put on tape a few days ago. He should be thinking, "I'll do my talking from now on with my play, and keep my mouth shut."

And besides his health concerns, ultimately, it's his mental/emotional stability that are the real issues for him and his career going forward.
