Good to see Rosenthal again. Best he's looked all season.

Offense hitting the ball better (Holliday for sure). Still not sure it's good enough (it's not) but the pitching is really good right now.

It's Molina. All of our pitchers have improved. In Rosey's case Molina convinced both him and Miller to use the curve ball more often. Probably not the first time they have been told that but for whatever reason when Molina came back they are both bringing the "A" game.

We tool care of business this weekend. We have played down to the competition too much this year. Glad it didn't happen this weekend. We also set up the pitching staff for Milwaukee. Have a full bullpen ready. We sweep the Bucks again, its over.

It's not Milwaukee I'm worried about; it's Pittsburgh, and we're done playing them for the year.

At this point, I just want the Dodgers to keep winning or totally crater. I want no part of them in a series. Hate having to match up against Kershaw. If they run down the Nats, we'll dodge them in the first round. If the Giants catch them, same deal unless we overtake the Nats.

Yeah, I know. I think the Brewers don't even make the playoffs. Pitt does. Which I'd like to happen. I hope Pitt wins the play in game and then beat the Nationals and we get HFA for the NLCS. Assuming we can beat Kershaw a 3rd time in the playoffs in the last 2 years. He's tough. But if Waino is on, he can be just as tough on the Dodgers.

I was just saying that if we win 3 more without a loss. The math becomes very tough for Pitt to overtake us without us melting down.

Remember 2011. Anything, no matter how ****ing crazy, can happen.

We've needed one win with three games to go three times in the last 29 years and failed to do it, and it's cost the team two pennants and a WS.

2006 and 2011 I thought we had no chance in the playoffs. 2004 and 2005 I thought we would win the WS. Fickle game.

I don't think the players are taking it for granted or coasting. The players calling a players only meeting on Friday reminded everyone that those playoff and WS championship dreams can disappear really fast.

The dodger offense seems to me to be more scary than the nats as well. Frankly I'd like to avoid them altogether until the LCS.

On a side note, are any of you going to try an go to a playoff game?

We are only out 3.5 games for HFA in the NL. Washington trips up, ya never know. We are only 1/2 game back of LA for the 2nd best record. Thats defintely doable. I'd much rather play 3 at Bush than out in LA. LA is looking a lot better lately but they still don't look like world beaters after you get past Kershaw.

If this game is lost, it wa slost in the 1st inning. Peralta swinging at the first pitch way inside was so stupid. He's not a rookie. We had them on the ropes. Bases loaded no outs 1 run already in. You just can't make mistakes like that in a playoff type game.

Tie ballgame in the 10th and you let Delcasco hit instead of OT for a possible home run. He is hitting .500 as a pinch hitter.

The offense deserves an albatross around its neck for its incompetence , but Trevor Rosenthal is just a flat out ****ing choke artist who should be nowhere near a high leverage situation.

Its too late in the season to switch. Not saying it shouldn't. just not going to happen.

Batting a guy who is in a 2-20 slump second. A guy who is hitting .220 in the clean up spot. Delcasco gets a hit and starts 3 straight games. It's a bible bussy based lineup.

When I was growing up learning to play SS, when a guy comes into second with his hands up like that to break up a DP, I was taught to throw it right thru his body.
