Most officiating crews usually let that run for a second at 0 before calling a delay. This crew hasn't done it at all.

Well, kind of. The way I've heard it explained, they're supposed to see the 0 on the play clock, look up, make sure the ball hasn't been snapped, and then blow the whistle. Therefore, there's a small bit of human reaction time after it hits 0. That doesn't necessarily mean it's actually at -1 seconds.

Guessing a tie translates into a win in a draft position tie/same amount of W's but I'm pretty buzzzed atm.

7-8-1 translates to 7.5 wins. You can't tie anyone in that case. You are below the 8 win teams and above the 7 win teams.

Well, technically you could tie the team you tied.
