Kuffs (Christian Slater)

Freejack (Emilio Estevez)

I've seen Freejack a million times. Mick Jagger does pretty well.

Yeah, it was an entertaining flick.

Another rock star who did a good turn as a villain was Gene Simmons in Runaway.

Yea. Watching it again I was reminded why Emilio Estevez never became a bigger star. He just has no screen presence and is not a good actor.

Mick Jagger was good in it. Surprised he hasn’t taken more acting gigs.

Then Anthony Hopkins enters the movie and makes Estevez look like a high school stage actor.

I assume that in real life Estevez is a joke-cracking smart ass, and as long as he basically plays himself in a movie (Young Guns, Freejack, Stakeout), he's fine.

King of New York is on Pluto currently. Haven’t seen that in decades.

Old school Wesley Snipes, David Caruso, Larry Fishburne, Giancarlo Esposito, and Christopher Walken of course

Could you imagine ordering $60 dollars worth of food and then getting arrested before you can take a bite of it?

Diner
Cannery Row
Breaking Away
After Hours
House of Games

All very good movies. Not sure where they're available.

I'll probably think of more. This was just off the top of my head.

Oddly enough, recently I’ve started going back and watching “older” movies that I’ve seen once and never again.

So far I re-watched Drive and Smokin’ Aces. Both were as entertaining as I originally remembered.

Smokin Aces really cool.

I watched this movie quite a while ago called "Divorcing Jack". Real neat story with a big plot twist. You dont hear it mentioned anywhere.

Another fun one to watch is "Freeway" with Reese Witherspoon, Keifer Sutherland, Dan Hedaya and Brooke Shields.

Last but not least is an awesome horror movie called "The Town that Dreaded Sundown." Has one of the creepiest scenes in any horror movie.

Nobody leaves here without singing the blues is classic scene. As far as 90’s movies go, this should get more love than it does.

Runaway was the first movie I thought of when I saw this thread. Another Gene Simmons bad guy movie is Wanted Dead or Alive with Rutger Hauer. I remember loving that movie as a kid... "**** the bonus".

That’s an 80s movie. Not 90s. But classic.

Kinda funny, this scene would never get made today along with scenes in Weird Science.

“Urban people of color are scary!”. Was always good for laughs in the 80s. 😂
