It shows. They had zero life Sunday.

They hit a few shots in the first half on us, you could tell it was just some stuff we weren't expecting. Other than that from my seat......we pretty much dominated them.

We should enjoy this, as it may be the second to last contest where we go against Brandon Staley if Chargers ownership has any sense whatsoever.

He didn't make the bone head 4th down call in his own end in this game, but he did however once again show that he has no idea how to keep the ball away from the guy that everyone in the world knows is getting it. Kelce with 143 yards at halftime. Lmao.

The refs helped to keep about another 90 yards off of what they surrendered by negating huge run by Pacheco and the long td screen to McKinnon.

Despite our best efforts to keep the game a close, one score game with surrendering a couple of busted plays and Andy slamming on the brakes offensively by placing Clyde onto the field backed up in our own endzone, we still blew their ****ing doors off.

The Chargers are a mess, and with Phillip Rivers 2.0 under center for them, they're never winning anything under Staley.

The biggest takeaway from this contest is that our coaching staff desperately needs to understand the skill level of the players we are placing in the game.

I would be grossly remiss if I did not point out how insanely stupid it was to have Clyde on the field with a drive starting at our own 3, with Pop and Jet not being in wheelchairs, traction, or paralyzed.

Like, imagine someone being asked do you want Pop, Jet, or Meh back there, starting from your 3 and someone chose Meh. Now imagine that someone is Andy Reid. I'd love to hear what his reasoning is. Like how much more do you need to see from this clown that he's a 1-2 yard guy. That's if things go well.

He's literally the regular season Frank Clark of running backs.

Losing Bolton sucks, but Tranquil has stepped in nicely and has already had nearly a month in the role already when Bolton was out with the ankle. Should just do the repair if surgery is needed and get healthy for post season.

O line was great today outside of the two calls that took about 90 yards and a score off the board. Bosa and Mack were essentially invisible out there.

They don't or they'd have shitcanned his dumb ****ing ass 2 years ago. So there's hope.

Staley may not still be the Chargers HC when the Chiefs play them again in regular season finale.

Or he will and their starters will eek out a meaningless close win against our backups, and the owner will see that as a good building block and momentum for next season. ROFL

Being a mediocre coach is one thing. Being a mediocre coach that does 0 IQ shit like going for it on 4th down in your own end late in the game WHEN YOURE UP BY FOUR POINTS is just insane.

If the Vikings had any idea how to run a competent 2 minute drill, Staley probably gets fired after that game for that decision, but Cousins went full prime time game, wasted a ton of clock and rushed the play for a terrible interception in the endzone.

Staley is an analytics moron. All the statistics on paper suggest thus is what you should do.

What it doesn't show on paper is the cratering of your team morale when you get nothing.

I remember a game against us they got a massive kickoff return, and got deep into our territory I think to open the game, and then went for it on 4th instead of taking the easy 3 and got nothing. They ended up losing a close game where I think a couple of those field goals were just flat refused by Staley.

You just can't waste the work that these guys do on these drives. Get a turnover in enemy territory, that has to become at least 3 points, not a roll the dice and lose with a lot of game left.

I've said it before, but imagine a penalty implemented on a drive where you weren't allowed to kick a field goal. You had to go for it. It would be outrageous to 31 teams, but Staley is a guy that does this to himself willingly.

I don't see how he's their coach right now.

I hope Staley is the Chargers' coach for a long time. He's great!! Also McD and Payton could stay right where they are for a long while.

Agreed.

Balanced and mature...but with the ability to uncork one and score at any point.
