It's delicious. Plain with a bit of fat in it. Mayo is pure shit compared to Greek yogurt.

Greek Yogurt is basically a worse sour cream, I don't want that on my sandwich.

ya' know, spread onto dong, just dip it in or maybe even put it on a rag, use a special applicator, even try it with a toy. Slick fun!!

Shit is hypey! try it.

Hmm. I've found that whenever I need a strong sour cream flavor, GY provides more flavor for less product, a sharper 'sour cream' taste, and consistently draws more compliments, when topping nachos, baked potatoes, tacos, poppers, dips, etc.

Never put it on a sammie though.

It's way to thick for what I want, I like the Chipotle sour cream for the same reason.

Ah, that makes some sense. I had the same issue when I first tried to use GY. I found that whipping it with an immersion blender for about 10-15 seconds gave it the proper consistency.

And sometimes that GY tartness is too strong for what I'm trying to do, so there are times I blend it with regular sour cream to reduce its bite.

Butter like normal, but sprinkle some parmesan cheese on it, not the stupid powder in a bottle you morons, real legit cheese that grownups eat.

Delicious.

Somewhat similar, I like to pile the cheese so a bunch of it falls onto the skillet and gets crispy, I think restaurants call that a "skirt"

Do we need a mustard thread? I feel like we've never discussed mustard.

I got that smothered chopped steak at Texas Roadhouse and used a dab of ketchup to add some tang but was thinking mustard would have been nice. I feel like we forget about mustard a lot, or at least I do.

I don’t really eat it a lot , just when I’m having a hot dog pretty much.

Other than BBQ sauce mustard is probably my next most used condiment. Dogs brats bolo braunsweiger. Yellow mustard is fine but I really like different German mustards. I can make a lazy meal from 2 cans of Vienna sausages warmed in the micro a dab of mustard for dipping and a few saltines.

Thats a good one I always go back and forth on it or the sirloin and ribs combo plate.

A Texas Roadhouse opened here way back in like 2003ish - I went there one time for lunch and it was underwhelming - I got a lunch special t-bone. Then they closed down that location and reopened closer to me. Ate there twice so far, both times was very good and the value was great.

Never had Texas Roadhouse, I usually eat at Longhorn if I go to a steakhouse. Gotta have a loaded baked potato with it.

honey mustard is the best dipping sauce for tendies. And I actually enjoy the sinus cleanse feeling of the hot mustard when I dip some egg rolls or something into it.

But I don't care for mustard on sandwiches, bratworst or sausage yes but sandwiches no.
