Man, that is tragic though. I can honestly say, I just don't understand how you can be 6 million in debt when you made 100 million. That's a LOT of camels...

Can you name any running back that was effective in the NFL after the age of 35?

Marcus Allen was 35 in 1995. He started 15 games in 1996 and while he didn't start in 1997, he did have 11 touchdowns.

This is true but Marcus had low mileage due to Al Davis having a grudge...

I guess there was bound to be one in the whole history of the league.

He had a lot more mileage than you might think.

Money motivates a player? Color me shocked. What unique insight. Thanks Hummersdicks.

LOL I've gotta be honest, Hummersdicks is a good one. Well done.

No. Neither is Darrel. At RB anyway.

Here's the thing: outside of CEH (of which there is still a small question as he hasn't played a snap in the NFL yet), IF AP was a RB for the Chiefs in 2020, he'd be the best RB in the room, as a pure rusher. Period.

AP accumulated a combined 2250 yards since turning 33, 1,900 rushing, 350 receiving, and 13 TDs. Behind a bad OL, a rookie QB.

The question really is, how many RBs have been as effective as AP since turning 33?

Off the top of my head:

Marcus Allen
John Riggins
Emmitt Smith
Tony Dorsett (kind of?)
Frank Gore

And if you dig into the stats, AP's numbers, total yards, TDs, yards/carry were all better than both Marcus Allen and Emmitt Smith at the same age.

So at 33-35 years old, AP is leading some HOF-level company is what we're saying.

Now now Peterson doesn't fumble that often.

The challenge is that I don't know if camels appreciate or depreciate.

They defecate
