Seriously if I was a supervisor at some of these factories in St. Joseph I would fire you on spot for not atleast showing up to fight. When we are down 3 men because of a machine accident, and I got Osha breathing down my neck and it is hour 12 of your 12 hour shift. Do I want a weak ass sissy on the line that is complaining about a fight? I want a person who is going to go to the bathroom, take a hit of Meth....and do his job.

It isn't junior high. He needs to go through proper channels to protect his legal rights. A company can be held liable if they allow a hostile work environment (this is why most large companies have yearly training on it). If he escalates it instead of following proper procedure he can screw any legal case he has.
