Of course you did. The comparison was implicit by saying that the offense didn't have the same effect before Gun's arrival.

I know. That's why I spouted off about Teflon. Sorry, IMO, anyone who is remotely tied to this historically bad defense has to go down with the ship. Gun. Our "defensive minded" head coach. No one gets a pass.

He rode the coattails of Derrick Thomas. There is no excuse for his defenses having the same deficiencies year in and year out.

I want Gunther gone more than I want Herm gone. I'm glad as hell we didn't hire Schwartz.

I wish him well at his next stop. He was a bigger man than me to be able to swallow his pride and return to KC in the first place.
