And you care a lot more about that than I do her ****ing me.

Xavier Worthy is a free man.

You cannot take away his civil rights.

It's the first one. Although, almost no one in the media gets it right.

I don’t pretend to know what’s right and what’s wrong. I’m happy he’s likely free from this and that I don’t need to have some moral issues supporting the guy. But we don’t need to be accusatory and make her the abuser. That’s just sad.

You have to believe that if he actually did choke her the way that she claimed, there would be easily visible marks. I'm going to assume that the police did not see any marks. Between that and other witnesses, it is most likely that she is full of it. But I could be wrong. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out.

Yeah, Xavier already having PIs investigating her and the details matching up pretty well with what Xavier claims (she scratched at him and pulled his hair) and the rooms being smashed up leads me to believe she was trying to cover her own ass/slander him after Xavier confronted her about the infidelity and she freaked out.

Have a really hard time believing they'd let him out and drop the charges within 24 hours if she showed anywhere near the type of injuries that alleged assault would've left. That's bordering on attempted murder.

Have to agree with sassys soggy **** here.

Cautionary tale. If you catch your partner cheating and want her out of your home, expect the worst and prepare ahead of time. Get legal advice, protect your assets & have plenty of witnesses. And remember to thank the Lord that it happened before you married your partner. Might be a good time to ask God for forgiveness for all of your sins as well. (As an imperfect sinner, I believe in the Lord’s redemption.) :)

Only just occurred to me that the witness statements that the police took might have been from the PI, or PIs. Those guys are usually former cops. If so, that might have carried a lot of weight with the police.

Yeah but ACAB. You need to #believeallwomen.

This **** needs to go to jail.

Lying about everything. Worthy is lucky she didn't get knocked up by another dude and baby trap his ass.

I'd feel this way too

...if she wasn't sleeping around. You no longer get the moral benefit of the doubt when you're the one who made the first misstep.

Too many suppositions.

Bottom line, Worthy has receipts and all she has is unproven allegations. You throw in the fact that he can afford much better attorneys, she is only going to make it worse for herself by trying to smear him.
