So he comes from teams that have a history of being big cheaters? If he's our hire, I really hope that he doesn't bring those cheating ways to KC. Winning by cheating doesn't make you a winner. It just makes you a cheater.

Clark Hunt is not going to refuse to pay Dorsey. Reid wouldn't have signed his extension if he really wanted Dorsey to stay and Clark said no. Most likely explanation, given the timing, is that Reid is pissed off at Dorsey for mismanaging the cap to an extent it required cutting or Maclin, or convincing him to draft Mahomes. The timing is just crazy.

Screw that. Multiple players are cheating on every single NFL play. Madden was right. "If you aren't cheating, you aren't trying."

Huge mistake, BUT, there are several issues that surely annoyed Clark. Hali's contract was terrible, effort should have been made to restructure Charles. Fans deserved that, regardless. The Tardif contract still stuns me. Then there is the tampering and lost draft pick, the failed 3rd round CB, Bailey's contract too expensive. Then there was the risk with Tyrek, but that one worked out, so did Parker and of course Peters. Getting Mahomes was a first class move. So there has been mistakes, but still I think Dorsey was the best GM in the history of the franchise. So what comes next? The team will change. Dorsey puts higher value on certain positions, someone else will see it differently. I just hope its an internal hire at this point. Worried we will reinvent the wheel and run this thing into the ditch.

I can't say that this is a step in the right direction.

****. It's a kick to the balls. Period.

For all his faults King Carl put football back on the map after the Steadman Schaaf years.

Carl has more than one playoff win on his resume.

Just sayin'.

I'll take Dorsey over Carl every day of the week.

Better on talent, better on admitting mistakes, better at actually trying to build up both sides of the ball at once.

Exodus? They were FIRED

Uh you might want to look at the divison championships...and Carl actually won three playoff games in his first five years.
