Meh. Only if they throw in Cano and pay most of his salary.

John Buck was released yesterday by the Mariners. He should be on a plane to KC as soon as possible and Brett Hayes should be moving to the Legends area for his new job with the T-Bones.

Dude, he has 5 hits, with 1 HR and 1 2B. Quality backup stuff right there.

Just because...Ibanez has one less hit with about the same amount of AB's as Hayes. Quality starting OF stuff right there.

I think we should fire up "Part II" of this thread coming out of the break.

Bumping my idea incase Duncan hasn't seen it.

Part II shows up when this thread starts getting AIDs. We aren't there yet.

I'd argue otherwise since PB has his usual dumb takes and pointless arguments, but we know that Part II won't prevent us from those.

This.

Or when the server starts crapping out because of the size of the thread.

I honestly did not know that Jason Frasor was 1) 36 years old, and 2) has been pitching since 2004. I remember him with the Blue Jays, but I didn't realize that went back so many years.

It's an OK minor move that strengthens the bullpen a little bit. PAtton started the year really strong but has been beat up a little bit of late. Not sure he has major league stuff.

Hopefully is paired with a few moves that affect the everyday roster or lineup...
