I'm not sure it's a "figure it out" thing as much as he's just isn't a baseball player with the skills needed to play in the MLB.

We are 9th in ERA and tied for 28th in runs scored. I can’t find our starting pitching ERA, but it has to be even better as our bullpen is 15th in team ERA.
