The NFL penalty rules are ****ing reeruned. If its a 5 yard penalty make it a ****ing 5 yard penalty not an automatic first down that bails offenses out on 3rd and forever.

What I meant was, the NFL mandates that a first down, even though it was like 2nd and 9. Should have been 2nd and 4 after that. It could have been 2nd and 30, and the rule still says that's an automatic first down.

And their tackle had his hands on Houston's face on that play.
