I have been silent for far too long. I can't take it no more. I was done with him after the playoff game last year and I see a repeat of that shit again at home? I am pissed the **** off.

Red Dawg 10-17-2017 10:16 AM

Smith air mailed two td throws to Robinson. Classic screw up.

unacceptable. It comes down to this. Ask yourself if you are confident in January against Pitt. or NE in the playoffs with Alex? If you can't answer yes, then WTF are we doing? We are going to have to beat those teams in JANUARY, no way around it. If your main goal of your franchise QB is to NOT **** UP, then you have the wrong QB.

Sandy Vagina 10-17-2017 10:50 AM

The goal is to not mess up the gradual development of Mahomes. Starting him now, yes, he may actually be an upgrade. I doubt it, but he has plenty of sandlot ability to improvise big plays.

The problem with this is.. if he's backyard ballin' to compensate this year for not having the mental side of Andy's offense completely nailed down.. he will likely be compensating all the more later on when asked to not. This is the problem. Making him overly reliant on backyard balling only works short-term.. but it's addictive and a detriment if relying on it later on in the pros.

This just happened with Kaepernick. Do not ruin your baby gem QB just because you want instant gratification. Asking any rookie QB to carry a brokedicked, struggling team in yr 1 is not a good idea. Protect and nurture that baby. Make that baby a full grown man before he has to take on the world.

He is not Kaepernick. He is not a runner like Kaep. I saw poise in the pocket along with what you call sandlot ball. I call it making a play while being pressured instead of turtling up and putting your head down. He is better than you are giving him credit for. You can't develop on the bench in any sport. If you can't see that then you probably have never played sports.

ROFL

OKay, I tried... carry on with your childish tantrum.

A 5-1 team is a broke Dick? Jesus dude, inferiority complex much?

He's thinking too much, and getting outguessed often. Same when he played against the Titans. Even the NYG over the years have confused him.

He had wide open receivers all game long, he just didn't see them or he overthrew them!

It's bullshit to waste another year of our window with a QB you KNOW is going to fold in the playoffs. This fan base pisses me the **** off. So ****ing scared of something different. "Oh, he's a rookie" What have you seen from Mahomes to lead you to believe he is not mature? He didn't even throw a pick in preseason. His play was outstanding and exciting. This is total bullshit. What a ****ing waste of time. I saw poise, moxie, killer instinct, arm talent and a rare consistent ability to keep his eyes downfield while escaping pressure. IDGAF if it was preseason. You either HAVE IT or you ****ING DON'T. How did sitting behind Alex for 5 years help Bray? He ****ing doesn't have it!!!!! Get a clue!!

Yes, etch a sketch. This is a lost season we'll be swishing away inside of 3 months from now. It's the same team as last year, and it ends the same way.

As far as clues go, if I ever find myself in need of one you can rest assured that I will give you a wide berth.

I was referring to the 3 missing starters on the OL, the missing rush LB named Hali, the missing and beloved S named Berry, and the missing WR2 and WR3... and missing RB2 and RB3.. and CB3... etc.

Can the word brokedicked not be used for a team missing so many useful players? That's all I meant by it. G'bless their fortitude to even be 5-1 after a rough schedule thus far.

O.city 10-17-2017 11:42 AM

Ok fine

Then there aren't nor will there ever be a non brokedivked NFL team again. Look around at injuries

It’s the mental aspwcts

This is a shit argument. the chiefs went 11-5 in Smiths first year in this offense. And for arguments sake, Smith has much less talent and improvisational skills than mahomes does.

This has not been proven that I know of. I haven't seen Mahomes throw a dodgeball yet. Maybe he has and I've missed it.

come on, dont be blind. as far as raw talent, and improvising, he is lightyears ahead of smith.
